payment processing company

PayBox (PayBox.me) is a new online payment processing company which launched its “Early Bird” campaign on Sept. 1, 2010. This is a new company currently in the process of creating an online currency/payment processing service. PayBox is still in its pre-launch or “early bird users” stage with development set to launch in 2011. Using the feedback and ideas of its members, and building from the ground up, PayBox is expecting to offer the following services, once it is up and fully operational:

Major online store integration

A Debit Card that will be linked to a PayBox account

Person-to-Person transactions

All major world currencies could be used/linked to PayBox account

How It Works For Now:

Because you will not be able to withdraw actual cash from your account, PayBox should be thought of as a “closed box” at this time. This means that, although you have an account balance or money in your account, you will not be able to withdraw the balance directly in the form of cash. It will be used in exchange for goods and services provided through various participating PayBox vendors.

PayBox is offering each “Early Bird” user a $25.00 instant balance in an account. They will add up to $20.00 per day into the user’s account for participating in various surveys, tasks, etc. They will ask you to share your opinion about various online shopping experiences, etc., and you are “paid” for each survey. (Although there is not a specified payment amount.) You are directed to log in to the website frequently. They also request that you subscribe to their blog, and they also are asking that you “invite” or recruit various friends and family members to join PayBox. They, in turn, will “pay” you, or deposit into your PayBox account, a $10.00 referral fee for each person you bring to them.

Because there is no exchange of actual cash at this point, PayBox is probably a good way to accumulate some “virtual money.” Please be aware that there are some “terms and conditions” that you MUST familiarize yourself with before deciding to join PayBox. I generally find that the people who yell “scam” are usually the people who do not read the fine print. So, a word of caution: Read The Fine Print!

By using the PayBox.me website, you are bound by their “Terms and Conditions” and there is some fine print that could impact how much you “earn” and under what conditions PayBox can “alter” the terms of future payments, so be sure to scroll down to their “Terms and Conditions” at the bottom of their website.

Before committing yourself to this, or any company, be certain you understand the basic operating principles and how they can affect you. Again, because this is “virtual money” at this point, and no real currency is being exchanged, this could be a fun and interesting way to bank some “play money!”

Internet Merchant Accounts and Gateway Features

When shopping for Internet merchant accounts, there are a number of factors to keep in mind: from integration with your back-office operations, to the customer’s shopping cart experience.

Consider these features when making your selection:

Does it accept both checks and credit cards? By including expanded payment options you can capture more customers. It can also be confusing for customers to have separate interfaces for credit and ACH transactions, so look to see how seamlessly this capability is integrated.

How fast is it at approving and completing transactions? The last thing you want is to have a shopping cart abandoned because it takes too long to process. Slow checkout can also make people nervous because they do not know what is happening to the sensitive information they have just entered.

Does it use a 128-bit Secure Server (SSL)? Consider also, at what point a browser will indicate that an SSL connection is active. If this happens too late in the checkout process, it could result in a lost sale because customers are not sure at what point their information is protected.

Does it allow the ability to void transactions, issue refunds, and set up recurring billing? You can streamline your operations and simplify the customer experience by including these credit card processing functions.

How fast and easy is it to set up? Will you need to have custom code written to integrate your gateway?

Once you have verified that the Internet merchant accounts that you are comparing have these features, it will be a lot easier to make an apples-to-apples evaluation. Rather than simply looking at the setup costs and the per transaction fee, also determine if a long-term contract is required, and what amount the early termination fee is, if there is any. Recurring annual, and minimum monthly fees are also worth considering.

Common Affiliate Pitfalls And How To Avoid Them

If you do not have a well laid out plan, including goals, you may find that affiliate marketing is very difficult. Do not see this as a negative thing, it is still something you can be highly successful at.  The point is that you have to do your homework to be able to succeed. This means you need to put effort into preparation, as well as maintaining a dedication to your marketing and putting a lot of effort into every aspect of your business.

There are, however, pitfalls that the beginning affiliate may fall into that can dampen their career right from the start. Knowing what these common errors are will help you steer clear of them so your online business can be successful and growing right from the first day. We all need to learn more affiliate marketing methods constantly because the world of internet marketing is constantly evolving. So have a look at this Affiliate Theme page.

Unsuitable Product – The mistake that tops the list is selecting an unsuitable product for your marketing campaign.  The majority of affiliates simply go to the Clickbank marketplace and choose to promote the hottest product available, regardless of what category market it is in. Some may take the opposite tack and wait for a new czar to emerge with the latest state-of-the-art novelty. The bulk of associates will swarm down one of these paths or the other – and that’s where they go astray. Why?  The reason is simple. Since the majority of affiliate use this method, there is a ton of competition all trying to market the same exact product. You need to avoid going with the crowd by finding a product with less competition that is on demand by the public.

Products With Multiple Payment Options

This is probably the most common and unnoticed mistake made by beginning affiliates. By promoting an affiliate product that offers multiple payment options, you take the chance of losing commissions that should be yours. This especially applies if you’re trying to promote a Clickbank product, because it sells only downloadable products.  Certain vendors who use Clickbank present multiple payment options to their customers, like checks or merchant gateways. How can that take away your promotional fees? Should a customer buy these items and pay via an alternate payment choice instead of Clickbank, the Clickbank affiliate commission that you’ve earned may not reach you.

Jumping on Lots of Affiliate Programs

It takes a lot of concentration and patience to become a successful marketer with a deep rooted business. You can lose your focus if you join many different affiliate programs and try to work with too many items at once. Each item requires a good portion of your time, so this can make it hard to concentrate. This causes you to lose a lot of potential profits from the affiliate products you are promoting. As a result, you will not be making as much money as you feel you should be, even when you add up the commissions from all the products.

Personal Injury Compensation – Receiving the Best Possible Compensation for Your Injuries

Being injured in an accident will drive your attention towards filing for personal injury compensation. Reimbursement for medical bills, lost earnings and pain and suffering might be a part of this. It is difficult to collect a full compensation package on your own. It is vital to enlist the assistance of a personal injury lawyer because of this. This article will present the four fundamentals of any injury compensation claim in addition to contact information for a great law firm that will be able to help you. As a person looking for personal injury lawyers melbourne you should visit that site.

The first thing considered in most compensation claims is compensation for your medical expenses. Medical bills are usually made up of emergency services provided at the time of the accident and hospital expenses accumulated. A no win no fee lawyer who primarily files these kinds of cases will also require reimbursement for follow-up medical appointments and rehabilitation expenses. There are times when rehabilitation of injuries takes an extended period of time for it to be completed. As such, the compensation you receive should be enough to pay for all current and impending expenses.

Other injuries are simply more complex than others, making healing more difficult and thus take longer. An example would be the inclusion of payment for pain and suffering in the settlement of a claim for back injury compensation. The result of a back injury is commonly chronic pain, a symptom that could be very hard to treat in the long run. Dejection, as well as physical and mental problems can be the effects of unrelenting discomfort. If you’re dealing with unrelenting discomfort due to the accident, then it’s your right to seek additional payment for the pain and suffering you’re going through.

You will be suffering from your injuries after the accident and this may hamper you to work again. Most employees are not fortunate enough to have disability pay from their employers; and even if they do receive such a payment, the amount is not enough to cover all the expenses. Nobody should bear financial loss due to an accident that was not their error. This is exactly why all compensation solicitors ensure that part of the accident injury compensation package is an amount that represents lost earnings. If you can’t return to your place of employment anymore because of the mishap, then you may also ask for monies for lost future income. This site teaches you about melbourne compensation lawyer.

It is commonplace to see victims of car crashes applying for personal injury claims. A car accident lawyer is experienced enough to make sure that the victim of the accident is totally assessed by the doctor for present injuries and future injuries that may arise. Whatever physical or mental problems that will crop up later due to the accident will be covered by many car accident claims. This will ascertain the victim that his medical bills at present and in the future would be totally take care of.

A personal injury lawyer will take into account all these fundamental points to file a work injury compensation claim. If ever injured in an accident, call an experienced compensation claims law firm to help you with the filing. This is the best thing you can do for yourself to guarantee you get the compensation you need and deserve.

Internet Merchant Accounts: An Affordable Payment Processing Solution

When it’s time to look for a merchant account services provider for your online business, it’s essential that you take your time and expend the effort necessary to really, truly consider a range of accounts, in order to be sure the account you end up choosing represents the best array of services, options, and fees to help your business thrive and grow.

Today, there are literally hundreds of merchant account providers who are competing to get your business. Many of these account providers are legitimate, well respected companies. But a few of them definitely do not have your best interests at heart. Like any other business venture, taking your time to carefully consider accounts can help ensure you avoid headaches associated with unscrupulous account providers, and can also help ensure you get the best services at the best costs.

Merchant account providers can offer a host of options, and when you’re looking at several accounts, the task can seem overwhelming. Keep a list of the features that are most important to you, and be sure to keep track of fees, which can have different names, depending upon the provider. Many business owners look at costs and fees when considering account providers.

While fees are certainly an important consideration, there are other factors that also need to be considered. These guidelines can help guide you as you compare fees and other account features, to help make sure you establish an account with the merchant account provider that’s best suited to your business’ unique needs.

Costs and Rates

Most businesses look at fees first when considering accounts, so let’s look first at the types of fees you might encounter in an Internet merchant account. There are two primary types of fees associated with an Internet merchant account: those which are one-time fees, and those which are recurring. One-time fees may include account set-up fees, software set-up fees, and contractual fees, or annual fees, charged on your anniversary if you decide to continue your contract.

Merchant accounts used to charge an application fee, but many account providers have done away with these fees. Most accounts have a much broader array of recurring fees, which may include monthly or daily maintenance fees, report fees, and transaction-based fees, which are charged for each transaction. Some merchant accounts require you to rent equipment, like point-of-sale terminals, or swipe terminals, while others will allow you to purchase (a better deal, by the way).

The fees charged for Internet merchant accounts are generally higher than those charged for other types of accounts, since there is a higher risk of fraud associated with these types of transactions. In addition, specific types of businesses may also incur higher fees. These businesses are generally considered riskier, and include businesses that offer travel services, gambling, pharmaceuticals, tobacco, alcohol, and other specific types of goods or services. The merchant account provider contract will offer a complete list of fees, including penalty fees, so be sure to ask for that list – and review it carefully – before signing.

Experience

For the best results, services, and prices, choose an account provider with significant experience in Internet businesses. These providers know where to look for the best deals and the right services to help your business thrive. In addition, merchant account providers with experience in Internet businesses usually know how to deal effectively with fraud and chargebacks.

That’s important, since too many chargebacks can cause your account to be cancelled, and may prevent you from opening another account. Also be sure to choose an Internet merchant account provider who has experience in the type of business you manage, and who deals with small businesses that have growth potential, to ensure the account provider can help your business expand over time.

Technical and Customer Service

Here’s a three-point plan to check customer service levels: First, check with your Better Business Bureau to ensure there are no complaints levied against the companies you’re considering. Next, search online for websites and forums that offer merchant account clients the chance to discuss their experiences with specific merchant account providers. Finally, call and email the companies you’re considering to see how well they respond to your requests for information.

Look for courteous, prompt, and accurate answers. For both customer service and technical service, look for account providers with extended hours and toll-free numbers. Especially for technical service, you want to ensure you can get the answers you need – and get them quickly – to keep your business running smoothly.

Merchant accounts are easy to open, easy to maintain, and affordable – and the results they yield can help your business grow to new heights. Get started today on your search for the best merchant account provider for your business’ needs.
