I Lawrence L Moore dispute any charges that you have brought about and request proof of all documents to support you claim and clients claim. As the individual of your company is denying providing at my request and claim does not have.
I have not received any notice of any bills owed since 2000 from Mary Bridge and I have been going to Mary Bridge up September of 2009 with child.

What I am request and your office is refusing:

“A billing statement is a written record prepared by a financial institution, usually once a month, listing all transactions for an account, including deposits, withdrawals, checks, electronic transfers, fees and other charges, and interest credited or earned. The statement is usually mailed to the customer. Also simply called a statement or monthly statement” Which I Lawrence L Moore have never received or been informed from your client in over ten years to verify any owed money.

I don’t not believe this is a valid collection, process, and jurisdictional procedure by your organization, Based on jurisdictional Time Limit to Collect and inform any said dept in a timely manner.
